Can I upgrade/downgrade/change my subscription?

Absolutely! You must be logged into the Client Center to do this, though. Once logged in, simply click the "Manage" button, click the "Manage Subscription" option, then scroll down and click the "Make Changes" button and enter your email address, then enter your OTP (One Time Password).

From here you will want to choose the subscription you want to change. Click the subscription's title card then choose the new plan from the blue drop down menu near the top of the window. Then click the "Update Subscription" button.

Please note that upgrading or downgrading your subscription may incur prorated charges. Feel free to open a support ticket if you have any questions.
