Upgrading or Downgrading Your Subscription
How to Change Your Plan
- Log into the Client Center.
- Click the Manage button, then select the Manage Subscription option.
- Scroll down and click the Make Changes button. You will be prompted to enter your email address and verify via a One-Time Password (OTP).
- Select the specific subscription you want to modify by clicking its title card.
- Choose your new desired plan from the blue dropdown menu near the top of the window.
- Click the Update Subscription button to confirm your changes.
Billing Implications
When you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, the billing system will automatically calculate and apply prorated charges or credits based on the time remaining in your current billing cycle.
