How do I cancel my subscription? Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time.

- Having trouble getting results for our barcode search API endpoint? This article may help. You can also use our Food Search.
Just search for a food and use the barcode in your API call. It's
possible that we have the food you're trying to retrieve, but just have a
differently formatted barcode.
- You can also try the Name Search endpoint to perform broader searches for foods if you still can't get any barcode matches.
How to Cancel
To
cancel simply log into the
Client
Center, click the "Manage" button, choose the "Manage Subscription" option, scroll down and click the "Make Changes" button and enter your OTP (One Time Password), choose the subscription you wish to
cancel, then click the "Cancel Subscription" link.
Your
cancellation will take effect immediately and your access to our API
will be terminated. You will receive a prorated refund, if applicable.
Please note that payment for your current billing cycle's API hits will
be made immediately upon cancellation.
