Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your Chomp API subscription at any time.
Having trouble with barcode matches? Many developers choose to cancel due to initial difficulty formatting UPC/EAN barcodes correctly. Before canceling, please review the Barcode Troubleshooting Guide or contact the Support Team for assistance.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log into the Client Center.
- Click the Manage button, then select the Manage Subscription option.
- Scroll down, click the Make Changes button, and authenticate using your One-Time Password (OTP).
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click the Cancel Subscription link.
Cancellation Terms
- Immediate Effect: Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and API access will be terminated.
- Prorated Refunds: You will automatically receive a prorated refund for any unused time on your base subscription fee, if applicable.
- Final Usage Billing: Payment for any accrued "per request" fees or Monthly Active User (MAU) fees from your current billing cycle will be processed immediately upon cancellation.
