Troubleshooting Client Center Login

Troubleshooting Client Center Login

Accessing the Client Center requires specific credentials established during your initial subscription creation.

Authentication Requirements

To sign in successfully, you must provide:

  1. The exact email address used when creating your Chomp API subscription.
  2. Your active API key.

The API key acts as your password for the Client Center. Your original API key was sent to your email inbox immediately upon registration.

Troubleshooting Steps

  • Verify Email: Ensure you are not using a secondary or personal email address if the subscription was registered under a company email.
  • Verify API Key: Ensure there are no leading or trailing whitespace characters when pasting your API key.
  • Multiple Accounts: If you manage multiple subscriptions, ensure the API key perfectly matches the email address associated with that specific key.

If you continue to experience access issues after verifying these credentials, please open a support ticket. Include your email address and API key in the ticket so the Chomp Support team can verify your identity and restore access.
