Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds for Chomp API subscriptions are evaluated and handled on a case-by-case basis.

As a general policy, Chomp will typically offer a prorated refund for the most recent month of access if an integration issue or billing error occurs.

To formally request a refund, please open a support ticket detailing your account information and the reason for the request. The billing team will review the request and process the refund if applicable.
